1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the WellSnax application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using WellSnax on behalf of a minor, or if you are a school, team, or coach setting up accounts for student athletes, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, confirm you have the authority and any required parental consent to do so.

2. Description of Service

WellSnax provides tools for student athletes including a fuel code and nutrition display, meal planning support, wellness check ins, and related recovery readiness content, along with an administrative dashboard for coaches and school staff. Features may change over time as the app is developed further.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

WellSnax is intended for use by student athletes, parents and guardians, coaches, and school administrators. Where a user is under the age of majority in their state, use of WellSnax must be authorized by a parent, guardian, or an appropriate school or team representative. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment of a subscription or one time fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize WellSnax and Stripe to charge the payment method provided. Fees are described in the app at the time of purchase and are subject to change with notice.

5. Wellness Content Disclaimer

WellSnax's fuel code recommendations, meal planning content, and wellness check in features are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified physician, registered dietitian, athletic trainer, or mental health professional. Any escalation or alert feature within the app is intended to help route a concern to a coach, parent, guardian, or school contact and is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use WellSnax only for its intended purpose, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data without authorization, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

7. Third Party Sign In and Services

WellSnax allows sign in through Google and Facebook. Your use of those sign in options is also subject to Google's and Meta's own terms and privacy policies. WellSnax is not responsible for the practices of those third party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within WellSnax, other than content you submit, belong to WellSnax or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute WellSnax content without our permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or for other reasonable operational or safety reasons. You may stop using WellSnax and request account closure at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

WellSnax is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellSnax and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. [This section should be finalized with your attorney to reflect appropriate limitations for your state and user base.]
